Pokijomba Hats

    1.    PRODUCTION & SHIPPING PROCESS
All Pokijomba Hats products are handmade in Barcelona on a made-to-order basis. Every order is managed as a pre-sale, ensuring that each piece is created with the utmost care and quality.

The estimated production time is approximately 2 weeks from order confirmation. Once your hat is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided.

Pokijomba Hats offers free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

    •    Spain & Europe: 3–5 business days
    •    Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

    2.    DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & LIABILITY
Production times are estimates and may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as high demand, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other causes beyond our control. Pokijomba Hats is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, border holds, or any other external factors outside our control.

Should there be a significant delay in production, we will notify you as soon as possible.
