The Route 66 — Handmade Wool Felt Hat

Crafted from 100% wool felt — a natural, durable material valued for its structure, warmth, and light water resistance. Wool felt holds its shape beautifully and develops a unique character with wear over time.

• Store on a hat stand or in its box when not in use, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Spot clean gently with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth — never submerge in water.
• To reshape the brim, use gentle steam from a distance and shape by hand while the felt is warm.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to rain. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally, away from direct heat.

Shipping: Handmade in Barcelona and shipped worldwide. Production takes approximately 5 weeks, followed by 3–5 business days in Spain & Europe and 5–10 business days worldwide. Express production + shipping is available for €100.

Returns: You have 7 days from delivery to return your hat. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once we receive the hat in its original, unworn condition, we’ll issue your refund.

Measure the circumference of your head 2 cm above your eyebrows to find your size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
