Every Pokijomba hat is made by hand in our studio in Vic, Barcelona. From shaping the crown to finishing the brim, each piece is crafted slowly and with full attention to detail. When you wear a Pokijomba hat, you're wearing something made by real hands — not a machine.

Store your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid crushing the brim — always place it upside down or on a hat stand. For light dust, use a soft brush in a circular motion. If your hat gets wet, reshape it gently and let it air dry naturally. With a little care, your hat will last a lifetime.

Because each hat is handmade to order, we do not accept returns on custom pieces. For ready-to-ship hats, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the hat is in its original condition. Good things take time. Custom hats typically take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on complexity and current workload. Ready-to-ship styles are dispatched within 2–4 business days. We'll always keep you informed about your order status along the way.
