- HANDMADE WITH INTENTION : Every hat at Pokijomba Hats is made by hand, one at a time, crafted to the specifications you choose — size, colour, style, and finish. Because each piece is made expressly for you, it carries something no mass-produced item can: the time, care, and skill that went into making it yours.
- CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER HATS: As each hat is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun — not because we don’t care, but because your hat simply couldn’t belong to anyone else. That said, we truly want you to love what arrives at your door. If something feels off — whether it’s a sizing issue or the hat arrived in a condition that wasn’t up to our standards — please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to find a solution together.
- READY-TO-SHIP HATS: Hats available in stock can be returned and refunded within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
- SOMETHING WENT WRONG? If your hat arrived damaged or there’s been a mistake on our end, we want to know. Send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a few photos, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. We read every message personally and will get back to you as soon as possible.
