RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All Pokijomba Hats can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If you wish to return your hat, please contact us and send it back within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive the hat and confirm that it is in its original, unworn condition, we will issue your refund.

Please note that we can only process a refund once the hat has been returned and received by us. If the hat is not returned within the 7-day period, we cannot issue a refund.

If your hat arrives damaged or there has been a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photos. We will take care of it.
