• Store on a hat stand or in its box, away from direct sunlight to preserve its natural color.
• Spot clean with a soft, dry brush. Avoid soaking or machine washing.
• If the brim loses its shape, mist very lightly with water and reshape by hand, then let it air dry.
• Keep away from prolonged rain exposure — natural fibers can lose rigidity when soaked.

Shipping: Handmade in Barcelona and shipped worldwide. Production takes approximately 5 weeks, followed by 3–5 business days in Spain & Europe and 5–10 business days worldwide. Express production + shipping is available for €100.

Returns: You have 7 days from delivery to return your hat. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once we receive the hat in its original, unworn condition, we’ll issue your refund.

Measure the circumference of your head 2 cm above your eyebrows to find your size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
