Store on a hat stand or in its box when not in use, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Spot clean gently with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth — never submerge in water.
To reshape the brim, use gentle steam from a distance and shape by hand while the felt is warm.
Avoid prolonged exposure to rain. If it gets wet, let it air dry naturally, away from direct heat.

Returns & Exchanges +

Since each hat is made to order, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, for unworn items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom and personalized hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Measure the circumference of your head 2 cm above your eyebrows to find your size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.
